<div>Please help my family start over following the Eaton Fire. My name is Alana Peck, and I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my beloved parents, Alan and Jamelle Peck. With my parents evacuating in a rush, <strong>this fire has left us with practically nothing</strong>. My family has been a part of the Altadena community for 30 years. My parents purchased this property in 1995, and it is the only home I ever knew growing up. My parents took a lot of pride in their home, and seeing it burned to the ground from the Eaton Fire has been beyond devastating.

<div>My father has also been fighting for his life against bladder cancer for the past 4 years. While we thought we were in the clear, just last month, we received the news that not only was the cancer back, it has also metastasized. <strong>Being displaced while trying to fight cancer is truly more than a notion and has put an unimaginable strain on my parents</strong>. This fire has left them with 1 car, 2 outfits apiece, some medical supplies, and their 2 cats. My parents are used to being a pillar to the community, but now it is time that they call the community in to help them start over from scratch.
