<div>My name is Adelaida, and I’m reaching out because the Mize Family are friends I’ve known since childhood. On January 6, 2026, they experienced a terrifying tragedy that no family should ever endure. An unseen electrical fire ignited in the home’s electrical panel, and within minutes, the house was engulfed in flames. There was no time to think, no time to gather belongings, only time to run.

</div>
<div>A mom and dad had to grab their children and flee for their lives. Among them were two-year-old twins, along with three school-age children, all rushed out into the night with nothing but the clothes on their backs. No shoes. No coats. No comfort items. Just fear, shock, and the instinct to protect their children.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In a matter of moments, their lives were changed forever. Everything in the entire home is now gone in an instant. The place where their children once felt safe is no longer a place they can return to.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, this family of seven is facing the heartbreaking reality of being suddenly homeless and starting over from nothing. The needs are immediate and overwhelming.
</div>

</div>
<div>Funds will go toward:
</div>
<div>•	Temporary housing for the family of seven
</div>
<div>•	Clothing and shoes
</div>
<div>•	Food and daily necessities
</div>
<div>•	School supplies and essentials for the children
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your kindness can help bring stability, comfort, and hope to a family who lost everything in minutes.
