Help the McMonigles overcome cancer

Jack and Linda McMonigle have each been struggling with health issues for just over the past year. Jack has had very low energy and Linda has struggled with severe anxiety attacks and salt poisoning.
At the beginning of August, Jack was diagnosed with stage 3a cancer in the rectum. Jack is also severely anemic and is having iron injections to increase his blood count. He has begun daily radiation and 24 hr chemotherapy to try to shrink the tumor. Doctors hope to perform surgery to remove the tumor sometime after October 16.
On September 21st, Linda was also diagnosed with cancer. She has had a very large ovarian cyst growing which has reached the size of a small watermelon and has begun pressing on her lungs causing fluid build-up. It took some time for doctors to determine that it is a cancerous ovarian cyst. They have also determined that it has begun to spread to some of the surrounding organ. Linda was able to have the fluids drained from each lung and will be having surgery to remove the tumor and affected tissue on the surrounding organs on October 3rd. This will be followed by chemotherapy. While Jack is expected to make a full recovery, doctors have told Linda that her cancer is not curable.
Jack is currently on paid medical leave from work, however the expenses for testing, treatment, medication, and travel are quickly adding up and will continue to do so. They may also require some in home medical care for a time since they are both requiring care.
Jack and Linda have always been generous to other and quick to help family, friends, and their community when comfort and help were needed. Now they need the support of others to help them through this very difficult time.
