Help the Matt-man get new glasses

My name is Matt Kester, I am 41 years old and have Ankylosing Spondelitis. This condition causes severe arthritis, and fusing of the joints in my back, neck, and hips, so I am notable to work. It is also degenerative to my eyes. I am currently fighting for social security to no avail. Due to this condition, I now need glasses, and can not pay for them. Any little bit helps.
