<div>Very tragically, Stacy Martinez’s young life was taken far too soon at the age of 24. She was driving on a Thursday morning when a car swerved and hit and crashed into her car head on. Stacy was taken by ambulance in critical condition, and then air lifted to Chicago where she then passed away. If this was not tragic enough, Stacy’s family was never notified of the incident or her condition and then later death until they called 911 to report her missing, as she never came home that night.
