<div>Theo was admitted on the weekend to Pediatric intensive Care unit due to sickness again. He has lost weight and is miserable. We prefer not to leave RMH until after he is discharged as their motto is keeping families close. But their response is, "Theo is not under your guardianship" and "another family needs the room."

<div>We want to stay close to him as we appeal the unjust verdict, share our story, be part of a class action lawsuit against MCFD and find ways to reform BC Children's Hospital and how they deal with human rights.

<div>Like Jordan's principal and Samantha's law, we hope to establish precedents that will help families from being exploited for financial gain to government bodies. And like Lindy Chamberlain be vindicated of the false accusations and be reunited with love ones instead of being oppressed and imprisoned.
