To know the Kuzowsky family is to love them. They are a family that loves deeply and shows endless devotion and support to neighbors and friends. As many of you know, the family was hit with the devastating news that Jim has been diagnosed with leukemia( Chronic myelogenous leukemia). With his loving wife and children by his side, he will begin aggressive therapy treatments. The road ahead will be a long and challenging one. With COVID-19 reaking havoc on the world, this will be especially expensive to afford. With these treatments, his oncology team is hopeful for a positive outcome with these necessary treatments.
Jim is a loving husband and a devoted father to Kerri, Kennadi , and James. He was a long-time, loyal member of the Philadelphia Police Department (HIGHWAY PROUD) and a friend to all that he meets. His charismatic personality is contagious and he never enters a room without a smile, as some would say he lights the room up with that smile. He is genuine, loyal and his kindness never waivers. If you needed anything, he was the first to offer anything at all.
Since his diagnosis, the family has received an outpouring of love and support from all that know them. They are truly humbled and grateful to everyone and can feel the love surrounding them. The news struck their family to the core but they are ready to put up a fight. Many have been asking what they can do to help the family. With so many challenges ahead of them, we wanted to start a GoFund Me page to help support the family during this time. They will need all the love and support they can to get through this difficult time. It’s time to show Jim that we have his back just as he has had ours.

We plan on using the money to offside the High end lopsided medical expenses. As stated above, Jim’s medical prescription plan only covers 16k a year for his family,
His monthly prescription for the medication needed is 13,960.00. That’s for 128 monthly pills, to fight his leukemia.
