Help the King's Head Pub

The King's Head Pub is a Winnipeg institution. It has been the home away from home for patrons across Canada and the U.S. It has been the gracious host to fundraisers, weddings, graduations, birthdays, pub crawls, bachelor and bachelorette parties, retirement parties, funerals and a haven for artists, musicians and painters. Before Covid, the King's Head graciously ran lunch specials where monies raised went back into local service delivery entities. 

But now the King's Head needs your help! Owner Chris Graves has been struggling to keep the pub open and his staff employed since March 2020. Now they are in their third lockdown and his business is hurting. He has sold his home to keep the pub open. He has made numerous calls to the bank to keep the pub open. And now it's our turn to give back to a place that has given its patrons so much. 

We are asking that you donate what you would have spent on a bar tab. That may be $10 as you stayed for a beer, it may be $80 as you stayed for more than a beer. It may be $250 as you foolish bought a round of drinks for people you didn't know just because you were celebrating and having a good time! 

This is a place where everybody knows your name, and if they don't, they want to. Please help our King's Head family out and keep the doors open when this latest round of lockdown ends.
