<div>It's with a heavy heart that I write this, but <strong>our parents' home was flooded as part of Hurricane Helene.</strong>

<div>There are thousands of families in worse-off situations and probably need more support, but <strong>my parents have lost most of their personal items and their home is currently uninhabitable.</strong>

<div>FEMA and insurance are providing pennies on the dollar for the full renovation they will need to move back into their home. We have fully gutted their home, but they will require new floors, drywall, electrical, as well as furniture, beds, clothing, etc.

<div>If you feel compelled to help support a family that would literally give you the shirt off their own back, your contribution would be greatly appreciated.
