This started as an effort to help Jose and Linley Palmer, but they have asked that the focus of this fund raiser shift. They have neighbors that are worse off than they are. Jose and Linley will donate 100% of the proceeds to their friends, neighbors who have suffered through Harvey and to local churches and charities who are helping with the relief effort.
Jose and Linley Palmer live in Dickinson Texas. Their house was flooded by Hurricane Harvey. They lost everything. They got out of their home with the clothes on their backs. Their family is safe, but they lost their home and everything in it.
People in Dickenson need to rebuild their homes and replace all of their belongings. They need help immediately.
My name is Gene Butler. Jose is a lifelong friend. We went to College and High School together. We have been friends for nearly 30 years. He is in commercial insurance. I have known Linley since they started dating at Texas A&M almost 20 years ago. She Teaches school in Dickinson. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Please help them if you are able. They have 2 great kids as well.
