<div>Hi, my name is Tyler Jensen, and I never thought I’d be writing something like this:

<div>I’ve recently been diagnosed with testicular cancer, and my family and I are now facing some unexpected expenses as we face this challenge head-on.

</div>

</div>

<div>I’ve been married to my amazing wife, Kailin, for 12 years, and together we have five children — Lilah (10), Zoey (8), JJ (5), Cooper (3), and our newest family member, Lucy, who is just 6 months old.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I was having some pain for a few days last week and decided to get checked out. They ended up finding a 2.3 cm mass in my right testicle. This mass will be biopsied after my surgery, and they will do additional scans to check for disease elsewhere. 

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>As I begin treatment and recovery — which will include surgery in the next few weeks, I will have to take a significant amount of unpaid time off work. <strong>Because of this, we are asking for support during this time to help cover monthly expenses, medical bills, gas, etc., until I’m able to get back to work fully.</strong>
