<div>It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that I share the devastating news of a tragedy that has struck our family. Our beloved mother, <strong>Donna Hunter, passed away tragically on 10/14/25 in a devastating house fire.</strong> Our father, Paul Hunter, was severely injured and is currently in critical condition at the JMS Burn Center in Augusta, Georgia.

<div>The fire not only took our mother's life and their two little dogs, but also completely destroyed their home and all their possessions. Our father is fighting for his life and facing a long, arduous recovery and multiple surgeries, all while dealing with the grief of losing his wife and his home.

<div>Our family is reeling from the emotional shock and is now facing overwhelming financial hardship. We are reaching out to our community for urgent assistance to cover the immediate and ongoing costs of this tragedy. My mother was disabled and did not have any life insurance.
