Help the Horton family with getting a home

Donation protected

I have been blessed to become friends with the Horton family. They are truly beautiful people. I want to help them get back on their feet after a horrible year. They have 6 children, 4 boys at home ages 14 to 3. Here is their story... please donate so they can put the deposit & 1st months rent down to secure a home as well as help with monthly bills and getting their van repaired.

We are Phaedra and Nick, we are a family of 8, two of our daughters are grown and moved out, while 4 boys are still at home. Our boys are a 14 yr old, this handsome kid struggles with PTSD, a 10 yr old, a 5 yr old he lives to a different rythem with autism and our grandbaby who is our own now at age 3.
Between 2016 and 2019: Nick’s daddy passed away from cancer. Our car was stolen as well as all money we had by our middle daughter while she was 9 months pregnant. Six months later our daughter brought her son to us and we haven't seen her since and have gained custody of our grandson as our own. In April of 2018 Nick had a work injury leading to two wrist surgeries, a plate and 9 screws along with a 2.5 year court battle that is still going on. Workman’s compensation stopped paying, due to this in Dec. 2019 we lost the home we owned.
This year started out amazing, we were happy to be back on our feet, holding down a wonderful job and looking forward to the future. Nick got covid19 right at the very beginning of everything, right before they shut down businesses and called for a quarantine. Leading to him being off work with little pay in unemployement. In June he was rushed to the hospital after having a heart attack at work. Shortly after he was diagnosed with severe bipolar depression and a mental break down, costing him his job. I was also diagnosed with Bipolar Depression as well as both of us being diagnosed with CPTSD. He tried to return back to work in Nov. but due to his medicine being adjusted, it made things worse. On Nov. 6, 2020 he had a mental health emergency that lead him to being hospitalized. Again, leading to loss of his job. We reached out for help from many different sources for help in rent but everyone state they were out of money. We did DoorDash to help do what we could financially but our van has ended up breaking on us to where we can't DoorDash at the moment. We lose our home Dec 31 and don’t have the finances to move to another place right now. We are both aggressively looking for jobs as well as working towards getting financial help in special needs child care so that both of us can work and get our lives straightened out in 2021.
Thank you all for any donations or positive energy sent our way.
