Help the Hobans During Their Loss

In 2016 Maria was blindsided by the news that she had AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia). Her world, as well as her husband Nick and her two daughters, Brittney and Chelsea, was turned completely upside down. After her diagnosis she began the process of fighting for her life. She did two rounds of chemo before she had a Stem cell transplant. Everything went smooth until her first relapse in the summer of 2017. Again she went through another round of chemotherapy, which put her back into remission. After that last round of Chemo that put her back into remission, Maria and her family were so hopeful for the future. Sadly on April 4th, 2018 she was hit with the news that the leukemia metastasized in her brain and breast. She fought so hard, having a brain biopsy, 13 rounds of radiation and one final round of Chemotherapy. Unfortunately, that would be Maria’s final fight. On June 12, Maria took her final breath and is now restored to her true glory along side our Lord Jesus Christ. As the family begins to process this devastating new reality without the most amazing Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister and Friend, they have been left with the financial burden of Medical bills and funeral expenses.
