Help the Henley's Recover from Fire
Donation protected
On October 22, 2017, the Henley family from Tuscaloosa, Alabama lost their home and all possessions to a house fire. Sonya is a 2nd grade teacher at Skyland Elementary School where her two girls attend Pre-K and Kindergarten. All three of them were at home when the fire started in their garage and were thankfully able to escape unharmed. Carlos was at work when the fire broke out.
As the school counselor for the two girls and a longtime friend and co-worker of Sonya, I am hoping to raise some funds in order to help the family get back on their feet after the disaster. The family lost everything and have a long road ahead of them. Clothing, shelter, and food are immediate needs. Any donations received are greatly appreciated and will be given directly to the family for their use on whatever is needed.
