Hi everyone,

I am reaching out for my sister and her family. They need support during an incredibly stressful time. Due to storm water drainage runoff from my sister’s neighbor’s yard, they currently have severe damage to our HVAC ductwork, insulation, and wood structures in their crawlspace. They are unable to use their HVAC unit and are currently using plug in heaters. (Expensive electric bill)

This situation is not only a financial burden but also a serious health concern. Their daughter has severe mold allergies and the stress to her immune system can trigger her seizures, so it is critical that we remove the wet insulation, ductwork, and wood as quickly as possible to prevent mold growth.

Unfortunately, their homeowner’s insurance will not cover any of these repairs, leaving them to cover the costs entirely out of pocket. They are currently talking with the Montgomery County Highway Department to address the storm drainage issue, but right now, our immediate focus is on getting the water out and replacing the damaged materials to protect me nieces health.
