Help the Frager Family Recover

Hello everyone, as many of you know Gary had a cardic event on Friday, May 26th which left him unable to breathe on his own or regain consciousness.

Fast forward 2 weeks of daily hospital visits and here we are. Gary is starting to respond, He's breathing longer on his own with just a little oxygen, and he is once again tapping his foot to music.

With all this progress we are hoping he will be able to make a recovery but it will be a very long road for us all. 

Step 1: Get Gary stable enough to be moved to a LTAC (Long Term Acute Care) Hospital.
He will recieve Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy until he can tolerate at least 3 hours daily.
We are limited to one of two in Wichita so some of the donations will be for family travel to see Gary and follow his progress.  (3-6 Weeks)

Step 2: Once he is strong enough Gary will be moved back to lawrence for more inpatient acute care until he is strong enough to return home (3-4 Weeks)

Step 3: Continued outpatient speech and occupational therapy until full function is regained (no estimate on time)

We are asking for help in any way you can to support the Frager family and especially Susan through this tough process. 

At this point we are still going day by day to figure out everything Gary did to keep things afloat so we will make sure to update often.

We can't thank everyone enough for reaching out with support and love. We are all hoping for Gary to have a speedy recovery and we will make sure everyone is in the loop.
