Help the Feldman Family

Story

Hello all concerned   We have taken it upon ourselves to create this fundraising page in order to support our friends Josh and Lisa Feldman in Boca Raton. Josh is barely 49 years old but was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of dementia. It’s very rare for somebody his age to have the disease, and he is at an advanced stage. It has turned the whole family's life upside down. Lisa has had to become the primary bread winner and had to leave her job as a teacher at a school in order to care for Josh. Since then one of her sons Eric was taken out of school (now homeschooling) and has become a caregiver at home as well. Lisa has since got a job at a local church that gives her flexibility in caring for Josh. It goes without saying that this has created a huge financial burden for the family. Currently they receive a small amount for disability, and are on food stamps, living month to month.   So if you feel inclined, feel free to contribute financially to support the Feldman family, and help toward our goal of raising $25,000 to help them get through the next year at least. If you are able to contribute in other ways, needs include: Medical bills, prescriptions, therapy, food and other household bills. Bless you for caring!
