I'm raising funds to help the Albasyouni Family in Gaza rebuild their home and their lives.

This family has endured so much suffering due to Israel's aggressions. 15 family members were killed by Israeli bombings and many others severely injured, requiring medical evacuations.

Their home in Beit Hanoun, and all its contents, were destroyed by Israel as well.

This family has become near and dear to my heart over the past 15 months. We speak often. They are kind, loving, and hardworking people who deserve a better life. Walaa, their only daughter, was evacuated to Turkey as a guardian for her 5 year old cousin, who required evacuation for medical care of her white phosphorus burns. Walaa is currently completing her last year of medical school in Cape Town, SA. Remarkably, her brother Yahya recently graduated from medical school in Gaza, despite the ongoing genocide. They are truly courageous, committed to each other, their community and to their education. They are steadfast in their faith. Please consider helping them.
