The purpose of The ECON Queen is to empower individuals by offering supplemental academic and financial resources to help students and adults achieve academic prosperity and obtain life-long financial stability. We offer tutoring, college and career prep, essay and resume services, financial coaching, and contract services for businesses and organizations. Through customizable programs, I offer services for all income levels and backgrounds because I will not allow money to be the reason a child cannot get the help they need, or for an adult to experience financial shame alone and confused. As the education landscape changes in my home country, the United States, The ECON Queen has the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to fill systemic educational gaps, change generational family trees, and connect our footprint to local community resources to ensure well-rounded knowledge for every individual we impact. It is time for us to act.

I have been working for this moment over the past few years; the organization has been active since 2021, but I received an opportunity to pursue this vision full-time in 2024.

My life turned upside down that year. I'd developed my financial profile with savings, very little debt, and consistent budgeting - all the common teachings. As a 25-year-old aspiring to fully provide for myself and my Mom, who was widowed in 2018, I understood that excellence was my only option. To that end, I loved my job and did the best I could at every opportunity presented to me and that I created in our workspace. I learned how to build financial education curricula, became certified by two financial coaching institutions, and represented a third of the regions within the company's entire footprint. I truly loved my job. But unexpected staff reductions are an inconvenient truth. I faced this reality, and with the loss of income and my beloved work, my financial profile crumbled. Job application after job application ignored, bearing the indignity of work ethic, experience, and skill being insufficient for even a chance...I quickly realized through prayer that God had something greater in store for my life, but it required full trust in Him.

I see this time as the final piece in the puzzle of becoming the ultimate personal finance guru for the world: Experience. I am a woman of deep faith in Christ, and there is no better opportunity to lean solely on God than right now. Businesses take time to grow, and the process is not easy, but I don't mind a challenge. I was raised by two parents who were self-employed my entire life, and I know it is possible. Anyone who knows me will agree that hard work does not scare me. I will do anything within my power to support the people I love and impact.

As a 25 year old with the responsibility of taking care of my Mom since my Dad has passed away and the financial emergency preceding this leap of faith, if I am being honest, this is nerve-wracking and pushing me to greater heights of excellence to survive. Pursuing God's vision for my life is the most important goal for me, and I want to work for this success. I just need an opportunity, and I will not throw away my shot.

All that to say, I encourage you to donate even a few dollars to the growth of The ECON Queen so I can help you Claim Your Crown, and we can change the world together, as true nobles do. Funds will be split amongst business marketing expenses, school supplies donations to varying Denton, Krum, and Lewisville Independent School District entities, and other miscellaneous business expenses.
