<div>I am so very pleased to announce that we have secured an awesome new location for our DAM dancers to attend classes this upcoming Fall 2025 season, and for many years to come!

<div>In our 9th year of business @DanceArtMedia, the studio's current landlord refused to renew our lease long term without a 25-40% increase in rent. That was simply not sustainable :( Though this is not a transition being made by choice … <strong>we are SUPER EXCITED about our very attractive NEW DAM HOME :)</strong>

<div><strong>As everyone knows, moving is expensive</strong> … Square footage, specialty sprung dance floors, and mirrored walls are just a few of the very industry-specific, large expenses that come with building out a new dance studio. While I am confident that this business is financially capable of navigating this challenging transition, <strong>we are being forced to move because the rent was too high</strong> … I carry the responsibilities to my dance community with joyful grit and passionate determination; the ingrained traits of a lifelong dancer!
