Help the Burt Family Send Matt Off in Style

            Matthew aka. Matiko aka. Matt Burt aka. MATTYYYYYYYY!!! was an incredibly, unfathomably fun human. He meant a lot of things to a lot of different people. Anyone that  met him felt the magic in his spirit.  Matt left this earth a lot earlier than planned, and we want to make sure he receives the send off he deserves.

            Matt passed away from an accidental death on Salt Spring Island on January 2, 2021. His family is planning a small funeral and a green burial within the next two weeks so that Matt can be laid to rest in nature where he was most comfortable. A small tree will be planted in the earth under which Matt rests. As time passes he will become a part of this tree.
