Chris had not been feeling well and went to see what was wrong, the results were in, a diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
The fight is on as he has already began treatment in Indy. He is currently receiving treatment 24/7 and will have a re-evaluation next week (8/21) to see if leukemia cells are less. This process is expected to keep Chris in Indy 4-6 wks. Marcey is traveling back and forth and that can be very tough. Missing work, gas and eating on the run as well trying to balance life and its responsibilities.
