<div>On October 31st, while out trick-or-treating with her family for Halloween, Sumi suddenly collapsed. After thankfully receiving quick medical attention, doctors discovered that she had suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm, which led to multiple strokes. Sumi is now in intensive care being treated for this significant brain injury. Her road to recovery will be long, and right now, much remains uncertain.

<div>Sumi is a devoted mother to Milena (5) and Ollie (3), and a loving partner to Jeremy. This emergency has left the Bennetts and their extended family reeling - emotionally, logistically, and financially - as they navigate a completely changed reality.

<div>As Sumi's new brother-in-law, I'm working with her family to help organize this fundraiser.

</div>
<div><strong>This GoFundMe has one simple purpose:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To help the Bennett household stay afloat - covering the daily responsibilities that keep life running for Milena, Ollie, and Jeremy while Sumi begins her long recovery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How Your Support Helps</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All funds will go directly toward easing the load on the Bennett family during this difficult time. Examples of how donations may be used include:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Childcare or nanny support to keep routines stable for the kids
</li>
<li>Meal delivery to ensure the family stays healthy and nourished
</li>
<li>Laundry and cleaning services to reduce day-to-day stress
</li>
<li>Family travel and lodging for loved ones providing care
</li>
</ul>
<div>Our goal is to give Jeremy the space to focus on Sumi’s recovery and the major medical and financial decisions ahead, while ensuring Milena and Ollie experience as little disruption to their daily lives as possible.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Sumi is strong, and her community is even stronger. Let’s surround this family with the love and practical help they need right now.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Thank you for showing up for Sumi, Jeremy, Milena, and Ollie!</strong>
