<div>She is 76 years old and was the sole caregiver of Willard.

<div>Willard is now 79 years young. He is retired from the Marine Corps and is a disabled Vietnam War Veteran.

<div>After many setbacks, natural and avoidable, certain circumstances have left Kristen in the hospital on a ventilator.
</div>

<div><strong>Kristen and Willard's children have rallied long and hard, but as we all know, life is hard, and it's hard to provide for your own family, much less helping in any way possible with their parents.</strong> They've spent HOURS on the phone and in person fighting to make sure their mom has the care she needs. 2 children live out of state and fly back and forth to Las Vegas, and the youngest daughter now lives in the home to make sure there is always someone there advocating for their parents.

<div><strong>Medical expenses are piling up for a family on fixed income.</strong> The family has sacrificed and scoured any and all possible financial assistance and now needs the help of the community, family, and friends.
