We need to raise $3000 by Friday, August 31st 2018 to ensure that Willie and Cortney and their 5 children are able to secure a new housing in Stockton, Ca. Like so many in our community, this family is being PUSHED OUT OF OAKLAND after a unlawful eviction. It is nearly impossible to secure affordable housing here in Oakland, so many long-term Oakland families are moving to Antioch, Stockton and beyond and commuting back to the East Bay for work and community.
Though the Beale's lost their place in East Oakland, they have found a nice spot for their family in Stockton, Ca. They need our help Securing 1st months rent and deposit. Will you help us make this a reality today?
Willie's mom, Ms. Paula Beale, was a freedom fighter for housing, healthy food, and good jobs FOR ALL of us. Let's continue her fight for HOUSING FOR ALL and keep her 5 grandchildren housed with as little disruption as possible in their lives. Cortney is in college working on here degree and Willie is continuing to work full-time and will commuting back and forth.
