Help The Band Get Back On The Road

Hey, my name is Casey Cash Heckman. I'm a musician out of Lubbock, Texas and am raising money for some of my best friends that I've known for years, Dillon Cassidy & The Rhythm.

DC&TR is a southern rock band that has an electrifying show and plays all over Texas, New Mexico, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Not only do they play their own original songs, but they also are the backing band for Cole Barnhill - and artist that is quick on the rise in the Texas music scene.

Not too long ago the band's trailer was stolen from them while they were playing a benefit show across town for depression/soldier suicide awareness. This made traveling very difficult for them as they had to take out a row of seats in their suburban and cram as much of their gear as they could into it for shows where they traveled out of town. The trailer has not been recovered yet but despite that the band pushed on, traveling to shows and rocking out.

Fast forward some months later, the band is driving back from Oklahoma City after playing a show with Cole Barnhill when about halfway home the transmission went out on the suburban. After they got back to Lubbock I asked Dillon how the show went and that's when he told me about the transmission going out. And of course Dillon had just finished paying the suburban off, what terrible luck..

These boys deserve to be able to travel and play shows without having to worry about transportation. Without a good vehicle to fit all of the gear and the band, you can't book a show unless everyone's wasting gas and putting miles on their own personal vehicles. No one wants to have to do that.

LET'S GET THESE BOYS BACK ON THE ROAD!!!
