Help the animals in Malawi, Africa

There are many worthy causes worldwide that deserve attention, but animal causes are often at the end of the spectrum.  We are reaching out and extending our hands and our hearts to the animals of Malawi, Africa, the 6th poorest country in the world.  In such a resource poor nation, people are struggling to meet their own needs and animals can not be the first priority. There are no television commercials or celebrities to bring attention to the awful plight of these animals and the local veterinary team at All Creatures Trust in Lilongwe has requested our help.  Our volunteers, friends, family, and fellow animal lovers are all these animals have.  No donation is too small; a twenty-dollar bill will provide a female animal with sterilization and prevent the birth of thousands of unwanted animals. A single female dog and her offspring can reproduce upwards of 65,000 puppies within six years! We are seeking donations to purchase supplies, and we vow to work as many hours each day as the supplies allow.  Our primary goal is to spay, neuter, vaccinate and administer parasite preventatives to as many animals as possible. We will also be extending the campaign to provide much needed care to donkeys and livestock.  They all deserve a chance.  Your contribution will make a difference and 100% of donations received will be applied directly to the purchase of supplies. Look for pictures of the campaign as it progresses in May on Aspen Veterinary Clinic’s Facebook page.  Please help us help them and good karma will find you!
