<div>Recently, YouTube has not been promoting my work as they once did. The attached graph proves this.  They insist nothing is wrong, but give me no explanation as to why their algorithm is suppressing my content.

<div>I've had to cut back, and this may include letting my long time producer go.

<div>This hard working man has been a loyal partner since 2020, and I desperately want to avoid this...but I'm not sure what else to do.

<div>The amount I'm asking for will help pay his salary for six months until, hopefully, things improve or I can find another platform to move to.
