Help the Alvarez Home Get Renewed

El martes 27 de Marzo un incendió en Santa Ana, El Salvador, provocado por un cortocircuito consumió gran parte del hogar y mayoría de pertenencias de mi sobrina, Erika Monterroza y su madre, Dina Álvarez. Gracias a Dios ellas salieron ilesas pero dos de sus mascotas perdieron la vida debido al humo. Son una familia de escasos recursos y no cuentan con los medios necesarios para reconstruir su humilde hogar.

On Tuesday March 27th a house fire in Santa Ana, El Salvador, caused by a short circuit, burned the majority of my niece, Erika Monterroza's,  home and belongings. Thankfully nobody but two of her pets were lost in the fire. They are a low-income family that does not have the resources needed to rebuild their home. 


Te pedimos tu ayuda para que puedan regresar lo más pronto posible a su casa que quedó gravemente dañada. Se necesita reconstruír techo y su estructura, instalación eléctrica, canales de agua lluvia, paredes, puertas, ventanas, piso y por supuesto el mobiliario.

This is why we ask for any donations that will help them return to their home as soon as possible. The repairs needed are roof restructuring, electricity, gutters, walls, doors, windows, floors, and of course refurnishing the entire home.
