Help Tessy Keep a Roof Over Her Head During Chemo

We are raising money for Tessy Isibor, a proud, beautiful Nigerian woman living in Vienna, Austria.
Tessy has a blood condition called Multiple Myeloma which requires chemotherapy twice a week. This means she can’t work during her treatment due to the side effects. She doesn’t have any family in Vienna to look after her during her long treatment which leaves her exhausted and ill. She has been ill since early 2019.
Sadly before Tessy’s medical benefits kicked in, she got behind in her rent. Her landlord is now threatening to either take her to court to recoup the arrears or throw her belongings out on the street when she goes back into hospital for one week on 12 November 2020.
Tessy is now receiving medical benefits which is adequate to cover her daily expenses but there is no extra left to pay the arrears. All she can afford are her immediate costs until she returns to work in February 2021.
This is URGENT! Please help us keep Tessy’s roof over her head. We need to raise $5,000 before 12 November - 2 weeks away. It is causing her unnecessary anxiety about being homeless that she doesn't need while she is undergoing cancer treatment.
If we can raise the money to pay off her rental arrears, Tessy will be able to stay in her apartment.
