<div>Hi my name is Ivy Graham and I am raising money for a resident of my apartment complex who was struck by a car involved in a police Chase. Terrance is a long term and well known resident of our apartment complex.  His car was stolen earlier this week, it was found but totalled, and because of that he walked to the store.  Terrance and his fiance Barbara often come into the office just to chat and hangout. Earlier today Terrance came in and gave Barbrara his keys and let us know he was walking to the store. After an hour went by and nobody could reach Terrance we got nervous. A few hours later Barbara recieved a call from the Hospital letting her know he was in the ICU with life threatening injuries.

<div>We are raising money to help Terrance with his medical care during his time in the ICU. Now that terrance is hospitalized, Barbara is going to need help to keep up on bills and groceries. We are also hoping to use some funds to get the two a new car. Miss Barbara is using Uber just to get to and from the hospital Terrance is at.

<div>Terrance was walking on the south side of Bannister Road and crossing the ramp that goes to southbound 71 Highway. A black Chrysler 200 that was going at a “very high rate of speed” hit the pedestrian, which threw the person onto the windshield. The person then flew off the hood and landed on the pavement. The driver not only didn’t stop, but also left at “a high rate of speed.”
