When King James was diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer this summer, it wasn’t just his personal battle — it was a reflection of a collective one.

He had been tested the previous fall, and his PSA levels were normal.

By summer, those numbers had skyrocketed — a sudden, startling change that altered everything.
