Help teddy bear

Hi everyone

As we all know my sisters dog has been fighting for his life due a disorder were he can't eat food due to this he is need of a dog high chair, a baby carrier and extra medication. He is insured but not for the above.
I ask with a heavy heart for anyone who can help my sister, she's never one to ask for help, she's a single parent but my god she never let's anything get to her, you all know these dogs are her everything liv too. I ask for help this one time. Love to all
