<div>On Friday, June 14, 2024, Teddi's routine day turned into a medical emergency when she experienced a stroke while driving, leading to her hospitalization at St. Joseph’s hospital in Phoenix. Doctors swiftly performed surgeries to address clotting and bleeding in her brain.
</div>
<div>Since then, Teddi has shown promising signs of recovery, including movement in her legs and right hand. As of Friday, June 28, 2024, she continues to receive intensive care in the ICU, where she recently underwent a tracheotomy. Medical tests have shown no seizure activity and improved brain swelling, indicating positive progress.
</div>
<div>There is hope that Teddi may move to a nursing hospital early next week to continue her recovery journey. After Which she will likely be in a rehabilitation center and then outpatient rehabilitation after that.
