<div>Tea Matejević is a girl born in 2021 in Paris. Until August 2024, she was a cheerful and playful child who loved to run, play and discover the world around her.

<div>At only three years old, Tea survived a serious car accident and sustained a spinal cord injury, leaving her immobile. Since then, she has been fighting every day for every step and movement, showing incredible courage and perseverance.

<div>After spending more than ten months in the hospital, Tea continued every day with demanding therapies. While other children enjoy playing and running, she spends her days in hospital corridors and therapy rooms, where she fights for every move — quietly, bravely and without giving up.

<div>Her legs may be still, but her spirit is not. Every day, Tea learns, grows, and reveals a strength far beyond her years.

<div>There are modern therapies and rehabilitation programs abroad that can significantly improve Tea's recovery and quality of life, but the costs are far beyond the means. Funds are needed for therapy, accommodation and transportation so that she can receive the best treatments and continue the fight for her legs.

<br /><br /><br />————————————————<br /><br /><br />Tea Matejević est une petite fille née en 2021 à Paris. Jusqu’en août 2024, elle était un enfant joyeux et espiègle, qui adorait courir, jouer et découvrir le monde autour d’elle.
<br /><br />À seulement trois ans, Tea a survécu à un grave accident de la route et a subi une lésion de la moelle épinière, la laissant immobilisée. Depuis, elle se bat chaque jour pour chaque pas et chaque mouvement, faisant preuve d’un courage et d’une persévérance incroyables.<br /><br />Après plus de dix mois passés à l’hôpital, Tea a poursuivi des thérapies exigeantes chaque jour. Alors que les autres enfants profitent de leurs jeux et de leurs courses, ses journées se déroulent dans les couloirs et les salles de thérapie de l’hôpital, où elle se bat pour chaque mouvement — silencieusement, courageusement et sans jamais abandonner.<br /><br />Ses jambes peuvent rester immobiles, mais son esprit ne l’est pas. Chaque jour, Tea apprend, grandit et révèle une force bien au-delà de son âge.<br /><br />Il existe des thérapies modernes et des programmes de rééducation à l’étranger qui pourraient améliorer considérablement la récupération et la qualité de vie de Tea, mais les coûts dépassent largement les moyens de sa famille. Des fonds sont nécessaires pour les thérapies, l’hébergement et le transport afin qu’elle puisse recevoir les meilleurs traitements et continuer le combat pour retrouver l’usage de ses jambes. <br /><br />Chaque don, chaque partage et chaque mot de soutien rapprochent Tea de son rêve de se tenir debout à nouveau un jour.

<br /><br />Tea Matejević je devojčica rođena 2021. godine u Parizu, gde i danas živi. Do avgusta 2024. bila je veselo i razigrano dete koje je obožavalo da trči, igra se i otkriva svet oko sebe.<br /><br />Sa samo tri godine, Tea je preživela tešku saobraćajnu nesreću i pri tome zadobila povredu kičmene moždine, ostavši nepokretna. Od tada se svakodnevno bori za svaki korak i pokret, pokazujući neverovatnu hrabrost i upornost.<br /><br />Po izlasku iz bolnice, nakon više od deset meseci provedenih u borbi za svaki pokret, Tea je nastavila zahtevne terapije. Dok druga deca uživaju u igri i trčanju, njeni dani su ispunjeni vežbama, medicinskim tretmanima i stalnim naporom da povrati pokretljivost — tiho, hrabro i bez odustajanja. <br /><br />Iako su njene noge nepokretne, njen duh nije. Tea svakodnevno pokazuje snagu i upornost koju nijedno dete ne bi trebalo da mora da nosi. <br /><br />Postoje savremene terapije i rehabilitacioni programi u inostranstvu koji mogu značajno poboljšati njen oporavak i kvalitet života, ali su troškovi daleko iznad mogućnosti njene porodice.
