For years, our Nino Datunashvili has been one of the most outstanding and vibrant rock and punk talents in Tbilisi. Whether she was busking on the streets in the early days or tearing the house down in local venues like Worlds End Bar or Tipsy Rock Bar, her brilliant music and undeniable energy have made our lives so much better.

She has given this city and people from all around the world her voice and her heart. Now, it’s our turn to give something back.

The Situation: To cope with the drastically rising cost of living in Georgia, Nino had to take on grueling, rigid office jobs. The relentless hours sitting at a desk took a devastating physical toll on her body. Today, Nino is suffering from a severe cervical spine condition, a herniated disc (C5-C6) that is acutely compressing her nerves badly.

For quite some time now, she has been unable to work and is living with constant, acute pain. Her condition requires an intensive medical response, including an important surgery already happening the next days. Unfortunately, the state and medical insurance only cover a fraction of the necessary procedures.

On top of that, she requires extremely expensive medications, nerve treatments, and specialized supplements to rebuild her bone and cartilage strength.

Over the past few months, Nino’s savings have been completely depleted trying to stay afloat. This Monday, June 22nd, Nino undergoes her crucial surgery. While the procedure is the first major step, it is just the beginning of a long road to recovery. An avalanche of post-operative costs, from intensive rehabilitation to essential medication, is imminent. We have set this goal to ensure she doesn't have to worry about a single bill while she fights to regain her strength. We are not going to let her face this alone.

How You Can Help: The $3,900 (3.390 €) Goal

We are stepping up as her fans, and her friends to raise $3,900 USD (approximately 3.390 €). We believe in total transparency (report attached here at the end), reaching this goal will cover absolutely everything she needs to survive the next 4 months of strict physical recovery:

Medical Costs: Co-pays for hospital visits, diagnostic imaging (MRIs), and the impending surgical/medical interventions.

Medication & Supplements: Expensive daily pain management, nerve injections, and high-quality bone-strengthening supplements.

Living Expenses: Rent, utilities, and energy costs while she is completely unable to work.

Day-to-Day Survival: Transportation to clinics and healthy, nutritious food to aid her healing process.

100% of all donations will go directly and entirely to Nino.

The Encore (Our Stretch Goal): If we manage to smash this target and raise more than $3,900, every extra dollar will go towards sending Nino on a proper, relaxing vacation once she is fully healed. After the agonizing pain and the stress of the last few months, she has more than earned a chance to truly breathe and recharge.

Our beloved Nino has always been a fighter with a rock-solid spirit, but right now, she needs her crew. Yeah, let’s band together, show her she isn't alone, and help get her back on her feet… and of course, back on the stage where she belongs!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for every share, every kind word, and every donation. Yeah, let's make some noise for our Nino! Rock N Roll!!!

With immense gratitude,

Tom, Kirill, Josh, Saba & of course Nino herself!

Nino has already fought hard, investing 6,000 GEL of her own savings to cover medical emergencies until now. She is now at a point where her resources are fully depleted. This campaign is our way of bridging the gap, covering the next 4 months of essential medical care, rent, and nutrition so she can focus 100% on healing without the paralyzing stress of financial ruin.

Self-Funded Contribution: Nino has successfully raised and invested approximately 6,000 GEL (~$2,200 USD) of her own savings into her medical bills

.

Current Situation: She has now exhausted these personal resources completely while waiting for her health to stabilize.

Transparency: This GoFundMe campaign is not for past expenses, but specifically to secure the next 4 months of medical stability and essential living costs while Nino remains unable to work!
