Getting Tay to NZ for Trans Tasman

Taylah is an under 11 little athlete hoping to compete in the 2018 Trans Tasman Auckland Tour in January! The Trans Tasman tour is for u11 and u12 little athletes, those nominated will jet off to Auckland to not only compete in the challenge but also have an educational experience and learn all about the country they are in with some sight seeing added in!

Taylah recieved Athlete of the year at her Little Athletics Club for the 2016/2017 season! So far Taylah has competed at State level within little athletics and jumped her way to a silver medal in high jump. Recently she recieved Junior Girl Champion of her school athletics carnival and Junior Girl Champion of Penrith Zone athletics carnival. Taylah competed at the Sydney West Regional carnival on 13th September and came 2nd in High Jump so she is off to the State carnival on October 13th!

Taylah has a passion for athletics and a dedication to her training, currently she attends 2 jumps training sessions a week as well as 1 sprints training session. She is working on the events she is nominating for which are High jump, long jump, 100m and 200m. Taylah is always working hard towards the goals she has set herself with the help of her coach.

From the moment Taylah heard about the Trans Tasman Tour she has been dreaming of being apart of the team and has saved all her pocket money, birthday money and she started doing jobs for friends and family to earn a bit extra to save. She has shown real initiative and we would love to raise enough money to pay for this once in a life time experience. The trip has to be paid for in full by the 20th November 2017, while Taylah will still be working hard to save money we greatly appreicate your generosity in helping her make a dream come true! This trip would not be possiable for her without your kind donations so THANK YOU!
