Hello!! Im starting a GoFundMe account because On January 27th my daughter Tatiana Wells , 26 yrs old woke up in the hospital and the first thing she wrote down was “Mom I don’t wanna die”. She wasn’t able to speak because Tatiana became a victim of a senseless gun violence in the city of Chicago.
Tatiana was shot in the face while sitting in her car. The bullet shattered her jaw bones in numerous pieces and dislodged her teeth. In result she could not breath, eat or talk for days. She went from 130 lbs to 100lbs in a weeks span. Tatiana was in need of a jaw plate, trachea and still has a feeding tube because of this..
Tatiana has already undergone several surgeries to reconstruct her lower face. Due to that she has missed several days of work..Personal and Hospital bills are adding up quickly! Tatiana still needs several more procedures in order to speak and eat normally again. One of them are partial dental implants that will cost her over $25,000 which her insurance will not cover..
