<div>My name is Alice and I'm from Norway. I'm fundraising for my friend Tareq and his family in Gaza. Before I let Tareq tell you about himself, i want to say that it might be confusing that the fundraiser is in Norwegian kroner, but that's not something I can change. 1$ is around 10 Norwegian kroner +/-

<div>Thank you ❤️

<div>My name is Tareq Ziad Abu Shahla. I’m 24 years old, a student of Computer Systems Engineering, and the sole provider for my family of six. I used to have a small home, a dream, and a taxi office that I worked hard to build. But everything was destroyed by the ongoing war in Gaza.

<div>We’ve been displaced more than six times. We now live in a tent with no electricity, no clean water, and no access to basic needs. The tent we are in was lent to me by a relative. I don’t know how much longer we can survive like this. I lost my laptop which I used for my studies, and now I can’t even continue my education.

</div>

<div>Life has become unbearable. The prices are extremely high, there are no jobs, and no real support. I’ve received no help since the beginning of the war almost two years ago. I’m not just asking for money—I’m asking for a chance to live with dignity, to give my family a safe place, and to return to my studies and rebuild what we lost.

<div>Please, if you can help in any way—by donating, sharing, or connecting me with others—it would mean the world to me and my family. Every small act of kindness can be a lifeline for us.
