Hello, everyone. I'm Teresa Cuddy and I'm the sister-in-law of Tammy Heddings. I'm the organizer of this fundraiser together with Mary Lugar (my sister) and Ted Cuddy (brother of Tammy). Tammy Heddings passed away suddenly on October 14, 2025 leaving behind so many who loved, admired, and depended on her. 
 
Tammy was a loving and compassionate woman who poured her heart and soul into all those around her. Tammy was a fourth-grade teacher at Rustburg Elementary School. She formerly taught fourth grade at Robert S. Payne Elementary School. Tammy loved her students and devoted herself to them. She was a mentor to many. Tammy left a positive impact on the world. Her loving influence on all those around her will last generations. 
 
Tammy passionately loved her family and friends. She is irreplaceable to those that love her. She was especially devoted to caring for her children and her darling granddaughter. Tammy was also a woman of faith who recently gave her life, publicly, to Jesus via baptism at Eastlake Community Church in Moneta, VA on September 21, 2025. 
 
All money donated will go directly to Tammy's spouse of 30 years, Troy Heddings. Any and all memorial donations and contributions for needs and expenses during this time of grief and change are greatly appreciated. We would also appreciate if you would lift up this family with your thoughts, prayers, and love.
