As the charge nurse, Tami Nelson has been the backbone of our clinic for over a decade, always stepping up to support staff and patients. Her tireless work coordinating care, managing injectables, and communicating with patients has touched countless lives at East and in other clinics she’s helped. Tami’s leadership, reliability, and compassion have made her an essential part of our team.

Despite this, her determination is clear—she has already returned to working remotely and is eager to come back to the office as soon as possible. While her husband and son are supportive, the family is facing mounting medical bills and the ongoing costs of rehabilitation. The financial strain is overwhelming, even as Tami pushes herself to recover and continue serving our community.
