Help Tami Fight Eye Cancer

Many of you may know my good friend, Tami Jones. We originally met waiting
tables at Old San Francisco Steak House during college. Since then, she has always
been ready to make us laugh, make us the latest awesome things to eat and share
her creativity with us.
Tami has also always been willing to share her Nutraceutical knowledge with
anyone needing assistance. If someone – really anyone - comes to her with a health
concern, she has always been eager to assist. She sincerely tries to make a
difference and have a positive impact. She has helped a lot of people over the years,
all for the sheer gratification of attempting to improve their lives and overall health.
Tami is now in need of assistance! She has been diagnosed with a Malignant
Melanoma in her eye. Specifically, this Melanoma is in her Right Retina. This
Melanoma began as a Nevus (or freckle) in her Retina. She has since found out that
she also has a Nevus in her Left Retina as well. That Nevus will require continuous
monitoring as well.
Traditional medicine requires surgery, radiation and then ongoing monthly
treatments and diagnostics. This, of course, is Very Expensive, even with insurance.
Tami will need Thousands of Dollars to cover her portion of medical bills.
Additionally, she has been told that Radiation Results in a 70% Chance of Loss of
Vision in her right eye. Tami is also exploring other alternative, progressive
treatments in an attempt to spare her vision while addressing the Malignant Tumor.
These treatments are not covered by insurance, but Either Treatment Option will
create a Big Financial Burden on Tami. The Burden doesn’t stop there. Tami will
now require a Lifetime of Vigilant Monitoring and Treatments, due to the Cancer’s
Malignant Nature on top of other Preexisting Medical conditions.
I am setting up this “Go Fund Me” account for Tami in hopes that we can help
alleviate some of the Financial Debt that these treatments will create.
