Help! Sweet Remi needs surgery

My beautiful sweet Olde English Bulldog, Remi has a tumor in her leg burst. I took her to the vet and got her prednisone &  pain medication. The swelling is dissipating but she needs surgery to remove the tumor so it doesn’t happen again.
During this pandemic, it has already used my savings.   I’m asking for financial help  for the first time. Anything will help. Please. She is the sweetest girl. She deserves to be healthy and happy and pain free. It breaks my heart . She’s usually so sweet and happy.
