Help sweet Eliza get hip surgery! :)

Eliza is a rescue dog who was brought into the animal shelter in late October after having been abandoned and hit by a car. She has a broken pelvis and needs Femoral Head Ostectomy, aka hip surgery, to give her a shot at a "normal" life.  As of now she can barely move or play. Any help would be so, so appreciated! <3
