Help support The Adam Error at the White Bear

Theatre inspires change; there is no better way to bring people together, and remind them that even in an increasingly isolated world - they are not alone. I am passionate about young audiences and shedding light on topics we are increasingly being told we have no control over; offering young people a safe space to think and speak freely about a world that doesn’t feel built for them.
An earlier draft of The Adam Error was shortlisted for the Roundhouse Young Artists Residency 2021/22 and has also drawn interest from the Bridge Theatre and the Young Vic. After this first run in Kennington at the multi award winning White Bear Theatre, I intend to take the show onwards and upwards to larger venues (funding allowing) to reach wider audiences and open up discussions in other areas about where we think we’re headed as a society- and how to combat what we’re afraid of.
We have assembled a fantastic cast and have raised enough to ensure they are paid a decent performance and rehearsal wage- but it is now essential we raise enough to ensure high production value for set and costume, sound and lighting design, securing technicians as well as enhancing the actors’ fees still further.
With your help, we can take the time, commitment and concentration already seen by our team and elevate this production to a fully fleshed out, exciting piece of new work, proving that art still has a place in our community, and can still make a difference.
