<div>We're reaching out to rally support for our brother, son and friend, Shawn—an incredibly talented freelance art installation lead, a loving dad to 6-year-old Arlo, and an all-around rad human with a heart of gold.

<div>A few days ago, Shawn broke his leg really badly and his hand, requiring surgery and multiple days in the hospital, complete with metal plates and a long road to recovery. As you can imagine, this has turned life upside down for him as a person and Father.

<div>Shawn works in the trades—he's the guy behind the scenes making amazing art experiences come to life across NYC, the US and internationally—but being freelance, no work means no income and no benefits. And right now, he won’t be able to walk—let alone work—for many many months.

<div>That means:

<li>Sky-high NYC rent still due
</li>
<li>Medical bills stacking up from surgery, hospital stay and PT

<li>All the costs of being a Dad
