<div>Rodney Culver was once a promising basketball player with dreams of making it big. However, over the past six years, his life has been drastically altered by the development of multiple blood clots throughout his lungs and body. This condition forced him to abandon his basketball aspirations and live an entirely different life than he had planned.

<div>Currently, Rodney works as a sales professional at John Hinderer Honda in Heath, Ohio. In March, his health took a devastating turn when the blood clots worsened in his lungs, severely impacting his ability to breathe. Simple tasks, like assisting customers or walking to the copy machine, became incredibly challenging.

<div>Despite his determination and resilience, Rodney's condition deteriorated, necessitating surgery to remove the clots. On June 28th, he underwent the procedure, which initially appeared successful. However, complications arose, and Rodney is now relying on an ECMO machine to oxygenate his blood, as his body cannot do so independently. We are currently awaiting approval for a lung transplant, which is crucial for his recovery.

<div>Rodney's story serves as a stark reminder that serious health issues can affect anyone, regardless of age or activity level. His journey to recovery is ongoing, and he needs our collective support more than ever. We kindly ask you to keep Rodney in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
