<div>Our dear friend, colleague, and family member, Rich Tuscher, is once again preparing to beat cancer.  His cancer has returned, and he is now undergoing an intense process of chemotherapy, stem cell replacement, and a bone marrow transplant. Rich began treatment recently (late September 2025). This will be the second time Rich prevails over cancer!

<div>If you know Rich, you know how rare he is. He’s a true leader who leads not with ego, but with integrity, heart, and strength. He’s a fierce advocate for those around him, and he’s helped so many of us grow into champions of change and know what <em>real</em> hospitality is, not just in our work, but in our lives too. He’s a friend, mentor, can be tough when he needs to be, and he's a strong, fair leader who earns respect by giving it.

<div>Outside of work, you may find Rich watching football, cheering his favorite team on (did you get a clue who that is when you saw the pictures?) Rich is also fueled by his love of music. He loves going to live shows, and going to see his favorite bands like Goose and Phish. The rush of live performance, the rhythm that brings people together, this is his joy, his escape, and his reset button.

<div>This GoFundMe is set up to help cover the extensive costs of treatment and any other unexpected medical expenses that come with fighting cancer.  Any funds raised will go directly to Rich to help him pay the medical bills.  Each chemotherapy treatment costs thousands, even with insurance, so please know that every donation—no matter the size—makes a difference.
