Help a hard-working robotics team make it to a championship!
We are a FIRST Robotics team out of Hopkinton, Weare, and Henniker New Hampshire. This is our 14th season as a team. At our first event we placed second place, and at our second event we won, qualifying us for District Champs. At the District Championship, we were chosen by the number 7 alliance. We lost in the quarter finals to the teams that eventually won the entire event, but our performance landed us a spot at the FIRST Championship in Detroit.
In order to continue to travel to the FIRST Championship, we need money to pay for registration and travel expenses. Registration for the FIRST Championship is a $5000 fee. We want to bring as many people as possible to the event, which means that to help cover travel expenses we are going to need support.
We have not made it this far since 2010, and it an amazing opportunity for all those involved. This team consists of a group of highly ambitious and hardworking students, many of whom would be unable to attend future events without the funds we hope to raise.
